90 year old with h/o DM for 40 years, HBP, atrial fibrillation, aortic stenosis.
The patient presents with rapid rise in serum creatinine, RBC casts in urine and biopsy, and serological evidence of lupus nephritis, now anuric and on dialysis. How would you treat this patient?
