and request to e-mail or FAX you these forms.

We have a limited number of rooms available at four hotels and inns in a range of

special Conference rates for our attendees. The special Conference rates are

available through September 4, 2001. Once all these rooms are reserved, the hotels

and inns have agreed to extend the special Conference rates to attendees, based on

availability.

For those of you wishing to extend your stay in Santa Fe, the hotels and inns are

pleased to offer the discounted rate 3 days pre and 3 days post conference dates based

upon availability..

Until September 4, Passport New Mexico will make your hotel arrangements based

on the information you include in the conference registration form. Reservations

will be made on a first come, first served basis, so it is in your best interests to register

for the Conference as soon as possible.

After September 4, you will be responsible for making your own hotel

accommodations. You can find a list of accommodations and contact information at www.santafe.org, under the tab entitled “Lodging

& Dining.”
