ISN organinizes the
World Congress of Nephrology
(WCN), the premier educational event in international nephrology, every two years in different regions of the world Each WCN is targeted to the worldwide nephrology community, including physicians, academicians, and clinical researchers, as well as other healthcare professionals involved in multidisciplinary nephrology care.
The main objective of the WCN is to advance the education of physicians and other professionals in the care of patients with renal disease, support the development of clinical research, and facilitate the delivery of high-quality healthcare to patients with kidney disease.
The congress is a forum to present new ideas and treatments for kidney disease and to enable scientists and physicians to exchange experiences and formulate new medical strategies.
To emphasize the global outreach of the Society and contribute to the advancement of nephrology worldwide, the WCN takes place on a different continent every two years. This allows professionals from all parts of the world to exchange views on a wide variety of topics in kidney disease and nephrology in general. Review the list of
