• Membership fees of individuals living in a Euro Zone country are collected in Euros.
• The discounted fees for renewing members are only valid during the renewal season which is from October 1 to January 31. These fees can only be applied for individuals who were members in good standing of the previous year and whose membership has not been interrupted for a year or more (i.e. if a membership expires in Dec. 2008 you are not eligible for the discount rate for 2010 membership of which the renewal season starts in Oct. 2009)
First Time Membership Applications
Timeline:
ISN Membership is valid for the calendar year (January 1 - December 31); applications are however welcomed throughout the year and access to the various ISN member benefits and services will be instated upon reception of payment.
New members who apply prior to September 30 will be sent all Journal editions dating back to January of that year. Applications received after that date will be activated as of January the following year (unless an additional administrative charge of US$ 20 is paid whereby all back-editions of that same year can be acquired).
Membership Fees:
Full Individual membership: US$ 217 or € 150
Joint Membership: US$ 155
Member in training: US$ 72 or € 50
Payment modalities:
In order to facilitate administrative burdens, ISN offers the possibility to apply and pay for a multi-year membership whereby the membership will run uninterrupted for as many years as the applicant wishes. Currently multi-year payment can only be accommodated through the below application form.
All dues are payable in either US Dollars or Euros depending on the country of residence; fees of individuals living in a Euro Zone country are collected in Euros.
Payments are accepted via:
• Credit Card: VISA, American Express and MasterCard are accepted via our online application system or by filling out and submitting the below application form.
• Check: Checks can not be accepted in Euros. Checks should be made payable to the International Society of Nephrology. Payment via check is possible through the below application form.
• Wire transfer: Wire transfers need to clearly state the name of the member applicant in the reference field. The ISN bank details are located on the below application form.

Joint member groups apply using the same application form whereby one person, designated as the 'Joint member contact' fills out the application form with his/her details and carries out the payment. The other group members are each requested to fill out the Joint member Contact Details Form.
