What is the duration of steroid therapy in a 24 year old man with MCD
A 24 year old man with 8.8 gr/24h and HTN presented to our clinic. The kidney biopsy showed MCD. He started on 60mg/d prednisolone. After 8 weeks, he has no proteinuria. Do I have to continue therapy with same dose untill 16 weeks or I can taper it slowly?
