    I believe that the RAAS is much more like the multi-headed mythical HYDRA beast, so I used to be an ACEi/ARBs fanatic.

    having said that, the multitude of the studies addressing RAAS blockade have very inconsistent results, almost disappointing!

    could we be pressing the wrong button?
    could it be the wright button pressed in the wrong time?
