Registration is by Fax or by Mail only. Fax the completed form to GlobalDPI at
+1 505-982-3495, or mail it to the address that appears at the bottom of the form.
Guest Fees: If you plan to
bring a guest to the Conference, please make sure to indicate this on the
Registration Form. You will be charged $80 USD per
guest to cover round trip transfer between California and Ensenada, the
Opening Reception and Tuesday Dinner.
There will be no additional charges for double
room occupancy, and your guest fee
includes the additional daily breakfast charges.
Payment
Payment will be by credit card or by Check in US funds. You may guarantee your registration with a credit card, and pay by check. If this method is selected, checks must be received within 10 business days, or your credit card will be charged.
You will receive registration confirmation via
e-mail, which also will serve as your credit card receipt for registration fees.
