Come by and meet a KI editor at ASN Kidney Week 2012 Featured

Looking for some tips on how you can get your paper published in ISN’s official journal, Kidney International? Come by the ISN stand (booth 1840-1842) at ASN Kidney Week from November 1 to 3, 2012 between 9.30 and 10.30 am at the San Diego Convention Center, California.

KI Associate Editors Mark Okusa, Mike Ross, Masaomi Nangaku, Tilman Drueke, Detlef Schlondorff and Jai Radhakrishnan will be available from November 1 to 3, 2012 between. Dan Cattran will be onsite on November 1 and 3, 2012 and Andrew Davenport on November 1 and 2, 2012. These sessions will take place each day from 9.30 until 10.30 am.

KI, published by Nature Publishing Group, is read by academic, corporate and government institutions and consortia. For your paper to appear in the journal, it is important to clearly state why your study is relevant to the community, why it adds to the literature and show how it translates to patient care.

Also, preparing a paper according to the Author Guidelines, found under the Instructions and Forms tab on KI’s Manuscript Central website, can reduce the possibility of your manuscript being returned for technical revision. These are just some of the many tips that KI’s editors can share with you. Visit the stand to learn more on what it takes to get your paper published in one of the world’s premier journals on the development and consequences of kidney disease.

There is more than one reason to come by the stand, you can also:

  • Renew your ISN membership at a reduced rate
  • Learn more about ISN’s Global Outreach Programs, ISN Education and other exciting initiatives including ISN relations with the World Health Organization
  • Find out what’s in store for next year’s World Kidney Day and World Congress of Nephrology

We look forward to seeing you in San Diego.
