The ISN World Congress of Nephrology is a chance to exchange knowledge with nephrology communities worldwide. It also an opportunity to reward ISN Program participants for their dedication to improve kidney research and care in developing regions, by working with doctors and centers in the developed world.
Before the awards were handed out, ISN Program participants from all three program competed for the prize at the ISN Program poster session by showcasing their achievements. 16 ISN Fellows, and eight past and current ISN Clinical Research projects were in the running for the ISN Fellowship and Clinical Research Awards.
