Philippine Society of Nephrology strengthens its ties with ISN Featured

Adeera and Nazareth PhilippinesGina Nazareth, President of the Philippine Society of Nephrology recently met with ISN President Adeera Levin. The Philippine Society is actively working towards becoming an ISN Collective Member Society.

Nazareth says: “This collaboration means a lot to middle income countries like ours. Rest assured that we are one with you in advancing equitable and ethical access to kidney care.”

ISN Affiliated Societies can apply for ISN Collective membership. ISN has established official society affiliations with 78 national and regional societies, which are properly constituted and adequately represent those concerned with nephrology in their locality. It is increasingly important for ISN to bring together the global nephrology community through these affiliations to successfully lobby health authorities and create awareness on a global scale yet appropriate to regional necessities and situations.
