Last week, ISN President Giuseppe Remuzzi, Peter Stenvinkel and ISN Executive Director Luca Segantini met His Royal Highness Prince Daniel of Sweden, CLICK HERE.
His Royal Highness has been a patron of ISN since last year. During the meeting, he learned more about ISN’s general activities and the programs that are alleviating the growing socio-economic burden of kidney disease. ISN Programs offer a broad range of educational and training activities to the developing nephrology community. Many of these take place onsite and respond to local needs. It was also the chance to showcase how ISN members are working together on the global ISN 0 by 25 initiative to build more health equality worldwide.
The 0 by 25 initiative stipulates that nobody should die of preventable and treatable Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) by 2025. Through this campaign ISN is calling on its members to work together to build more health equality worldwide CLICK HERE.
