The hotel rates indicated on the
registration form are based on single occupancy, and include daily
breakfast buffet for one. If you are bringing a guest, there are no
additional charges for double occupancy, and your guest fee
(see details on registration page and form) includes the additional
daily breakfast charges.
Shuttles will be provided between the various hotels (refer to
Tours/Travel section for details).
Hotel reservations must be made through GlobalDPI, so be sure to
complete the hotel section of the registration form.
You will receive hotel confirmation via e-mail, which also will
serve as your credit card receipt for hotel accommodations.
Reservations will be made on a First Come/First Served basis.
Room availability is limited, so it is in your best interests to register for the Conference as soon as possible. The hotel reservation information is on the conference registration form.
Hotel Information
We have made arrangements at 3 hotels. The Conference Hotel and Las Rosas both include daily buffet breakfasts at their locations. Those staying at Posada el Rey Sol will breakfast at the Conference Hotel, and the complimentary shuttle depart Posada at 7:30 AM.
Hotel Coral and Marina is the Conference Hotel. All rooms have cable television, air conditioning, coffee makers, refrigerators, and balconies overlooking the ocean. The Hotel has a fully equipped business center. It also has spa facilities, an exercise room, an indoor and an outdoor pool. For more information, visit
Las Rosas Hotel and Spa is located approximately 10 minutes from the Conference Hotel. It provides comfortable accommodations and the facilities include an executive center with fax, computer, internet, and photocopier. All rooms have terrace, telephone and color TV. Posada el Rey Sol is located in the heart of Ensenada, approximately 20 minutes from the Conference Hotel. Rooms are equipped with telephones with internet connections, and televisions w/satellite connection and HBO. Fax is available. The Posada also has an outdoor swimming pool and spa. Note: Your room rate includes the daily breakfast buffet at the Conference Hotel, and the complimentary shuttle depart Posada at 7:30 AM on November 18 and 19. For more information visit
